Likes: CCR's because they are actually enforced, no cars parked on streets, location because it is convenient to many places
Dislikes: Random stop sign on Sunningdale Drive
2.Joe Williams; Married, 2 daughters(ages 25 and 20), CEO of Holsum Produce
Likes: That CCR's are enforced. Likes that it is required to keep landscape nice.
Dislikes: Living on a corner lot.
3.Ben Williams; Married, 1 son(age 25)
Likes: Neighborhood is always clean and well maintained.
Dislikes: Some of the residents don't always comply with the rules about basketball hoops in the front yard. He wants people to put the basketball hoops in the backyard because he feels like it cheapens the neighborhood when residents allow their kids to play basketball in the front yard.
4.Donna Williams; Married; 1 son (age 25)
Likes: Must get landscape improvements approved by the HOA. She mentioned that in her previous neighborhood her old neighbor had terrible taste in landscaping and she had to look at the neighbors ugly yard for years.
Dislikes: Some trash cans are out for more than a day.
5.Landy Garland; Retired
Likes: He likes the friendly neighbors that he now calls lifetime friends.
Dislikes: Landy is doesnt like how the gates are open from 4-6pm because he feels that it is to easy for non-residents to enter the neighborhood. He has some friends who live in other gated communities with barcode stickers on their cars for entry. He is trying to convince the HOA to make the change.
6.Jackie; Retired
Likes: Jackie recently moved to the neighborhood about 2 years ago and her favorite quality about the neighborhood is the fact that it is gated. Her old home was in a neighborhood that was not gated. She feels more secure living in Kensingston Greens and also feels more comfortable leaving for vacations.
Dislikes: NONE
7.Doug; Retired
Likes: Doug is an avid golfer and belongs to Woodcreek Oaks so he is a big fan of living in Kensington Greens because he can hit the course in just minutes for a quick nine or to practice on the driving range.
Dislikes: He is happy living here and has no complaints
8.Tiffany; Married, 2 sons(ages), Stay at home wife/mother
Likes: No cars are allowed to be parked on the streets.
Dislikes: Some people drive way to fast when coming into the gate and she has children who are outside playing at times.
9.Frank; Married, 2 sons(ages), Mortgage Broker
Likes: Everything he needs is very convenient, such as, grocery store, banks, restaurants, baseball fields, public pool, golf course, etc.
Dislikes: People that drive fast.
10.Marrissa Williams
Likes: Gates always closed except for a couple hours during the mid-afternoon.
Dislikes: The color rocks that my next door neighbor chose to put in their front yard and that people can take out their trees from the yard.
